I hired Riley & Wells when I was charged with reckless driving going 83 in a 70 on I-95 which is a Class 1 misdemeanor in VA. I am from out of state and have never gotten any kind of ticket before so this was a very stressful situation for me. Riley & Wells made every step of the way easy. They were able to get my charge reduced to defective speedometer which is a no points non-moving violation. I hope I never find myself in a situation like this again, but if I do I would not hesitate to call Riley & Wells to help me.

So I live in upstate NY, which would be very difficult if I were to travel back down to VA just to go to court. I called Riley and Wells firm, and they were quick to react. They were able to get my ticket down to an equipment failure and I didn't even have to go down. Though they didn't get the ticket omitted, I would go to them again

I am very pleased with my experience with this firm. They were very professional and was able to get my speeding/reckless driving case dismissed as long as I complete an 8 hour course and pay court costs.
My only con would be the price but you get what you pay for so I do not feel bad about paying for good work

The gentleman who served as my lawyer for my hitaste and run case was EXTREMELY Knowledgeable about the traffic violation side of the law. Helped me dig myself out of a hole, and sav saved me from a possible jail sentence. Would recommend to anybody who is in need of an excellent law firm

We are extremely happy with the outcome, as well as the treatment we received from Mr. Wells and his office staff.
