I engaged the services of this law firm regarding an accident in October, which was clearly not my fault. To be honest, my overall experience was quite disappointing. Their response time to even the simplest inquiries stretched out to weeks, and when they finally responded, their answers and list of questions seemed irrelevant as time had already passed and the issues had been resolved. This frustrating cycle repeated multiple times throughout the process. The situation deteriorated to the point where I simply wanted the entire ordeal to end. It felt like I could have gathered all the necessary personal information myself and handled the matter more efficiently, ultimately saving both time and money. Although my case was resolved in January, a portion of the settlement amount remained on hold. Despite leaving a message last week inquiring about its clearance, I have yet to receive a response as of June. If possible, I would strongly recommend considering other alternatives. Thank you. Edit: October 23, 2023. It has now been a full year since my case and no updates since June. In June when I called, they “coincidentally” sent my paperwork to insurers the previous day (yeah, right). Changing my 2 star rating to a 1 star rating. Avoid, if possible.

Christina did exactly what she said she would. An 80mph ticket was changed to defective equipment with no points. All for a reasonable price. So everyone (including the state) is happy. Don't speed in Virginia!

Beat my speeding ticket easily--and the best thing is, is I didn't have to show up in court at all! All communication was done via phone and E-mail. Best money spent--feels good to fight the law and win!

My case has been ongoing for more than 3-years. Shoveling from one lawyer, representatives (saying they are lawyers) to another. Very poor communication on case status and absolutely no due care. I was very please with the outcome of my case and the service provided. As a Workers' Compensation Attorney in Maryland I have seen how some attorneys practice law versus how GOOD attorneys practice law. I can say Pendleton and Associates are definitely good attorneys. There was absolutely no pressure to hire them. And, I actually received precise answers to my questions rather than wish-washy responses!

I received a 91/70 reckless driving ticket in VA , originally from NJ and i did not know that the reckless driving ticket carried the misdemeanor charge along with it. They were able to reduce my charge to a ticket without the misdemeanor charge and less points. They answered all my questions and did a great job. would definitely recommend!
