I can only speak to the lawyer that I had, but my experience was absolutely God awful. The communication was awful, and I also felt that he did not push for the best outcome for my case (speeding ticket) . For starters, my lawyer did not make me aware that the officer did not show up to my for my original court date (which SHOULD have resulted in the case being thrown out) however, he did not let me know that my date was moved. I had to call and find out details about my case. It was just very unprofessional, and honestly a waste of money. I live out of state, but could’ve saved a couple hundred dollars my driving up to my court date myself. Will not be using them again, and if you value your time and money, I’d advise that you do the same. EDIT: because I can't respond to her reply. You did NOT email me about my case being pushed back until AFTER I called you. The woman I spoke to from your office admitted that nobody had reached out and then sent the email restating what we talked about via the phone. So, me having to call you to find out what happened with my case reflects poor communication on your part. So my comment still stands.

Process was very simple and results were better than what was told of me. Me Gustaria!

How to start... I live 1800 miles away from this law firm first of all. I was in town seeing family and got caught speeding 20 over. Was told I highly need to get represented because it would only help my cause. When I found Pendleton (along with a bunch of other law firms) I was given a very low service price of $99.00 and they would take care of everything. I also was never promised what they would do for me but they did tell me most likely the judge would drop to 2 points on my record. Long story short, THEY UNDER PROMISE AND OVER ACHIEVE which is a business model I live by. They got my charge reduced to a defective moving vehicle and 0 points on my record and I couldn’t be happier. Pendleton Law is definitely the representation you should have whether you live in state or out of state.
