Great, professional experience! All the employees i dealt with were responsive and proficient in their duties.

My Son was clocked at 76MPH in a 55. At this point he had a great driving record. Pendleton & Associates were very responsive and he ended up with 0 points, no criminal record and only had to pay court costs and a fine. He skated off this one and has learned his lesson. Service was excellent.

I was driving home to New Hampshire from Florida after an almost two week vacation at Walt Disney World. I was pulled over in Virginia and received a summons to appear in court. I had received many letters from attorneys in Virginia stating that they could represent me in my case. However, Christina Pendleton's letter was not scary or pressuring. I contacted her law firm about representing me in my case. They were extremely responsive with all of my questions and helping me to acquire the necessary information needed for my case. Her firm was able to get my charge reduced so that it wasn't as financially or personally impacted as it could have been. I hope I will not need any services in Virginia in the future but if I did, I would definitely go back to Christina Pendleton & Associates.
