Poor customer service. Called to ask a question the reception was snappy, put me on hold, then came back and said all of the lawyers were on the phone. She then hung up on me before I could finish talking.

Probably the best option as far as personal injury lawyers. Very understanding, accommodating, detail oriented, and compassionate for what they do. I have zero complaints! You're not just a client, but family. They take every client, and personally get to know you, so they can help you to the best of their abilities. Very compassionate. Would defiantly recommend. Cant go wrong with Allen Allen Allen & Allen!

I got in a motorcycle accident last year, and as soon as Allen Law Firm was recommended to me by a friend I called and within a day my new lawyer Trent Kearns showed up at the hospital to get started on my case. For about a year my case assistant Jana was always prompt to respond to emails and phone calls. My hospital bills were somehow negotiated down from almost $200,000 to about $16,000 and I was still able to receive a substantial check despite low insurance coverage along with a leather notebook as a gift and a handwritten thank you note for my patronage. Great law firm, nice people, hard workers, would recommend to anyone injured in an automobile accident.

Unfortunately my son and I were rear ended by a drunk driver in July of 2017. Attorney Jason Konvicka with Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen, was recommended to me by a close friend. We met with him he agreed to represent us and got both of us an extremely fair outcome. One of the things I appreciated the most was he was forthcoming about what were realistic settlement possibilities. He did not waste time by suing for more than could be expected. His Legal Assistant Carolyn Morris was always prompt and courteous whenever one of us needed assistance. If you are looking for a professional, fair lawyer then sit down and talk with Jason.

I was told that I couldn't use Allen & Allen cause the represent the company I wanted to file a lawsuit against... I thought this lawyer was supposed to defend individual people?? What good does this do me or anyone who needed to file a lawsuit against a certain company??? I won' be referring this agency to anyone who needs help!!!!

Worst law firm, 3 weeks or more and i am still waiting for a call back. You are just a number too them, i wont ever contact them again. A waste of time same!!
