Mr. Remington was a huge help for me. I was pulled over for speeding by state police......... in Prince George, VA. I was late for my Veterans affairs appointment because the VA set my appointment two hours away from me (of course). My court date was April 14 and Mr. Remington got everything dismissed. I wanted to attend court but got sick right before. I currently live in NJ and Mr. Remington handled everything for me. I highly recommend Riley and Wells, especially Mr. Remington.

They are ok didn't get a dismissal for my reckless driving and I have a squeaky clean driving license but They did lower it the main thing is the communication after the fact and I had to call them to get the information and their knowledge of not knowing if it will go on my drivers license in a different state.

I was very happy with the outcome. There were a lot of twists around my son’s case of a stolen cell phone and it was very confusing if you didn’t know all the people involved. I wasn’t sure if my case had been reviewed thoroughly but once I brought this to Mr. Riley’s attention and explained the whole situation, I feel that he believed us and did a great job relaying this to the commonwealth attorney and to the judge. They chose not to prosecute my son’s case due to lack of evidence against him and evidence that pointed to another person that actually stole the phone. So we are happy with and relieved about the outcome and are able to move on with our lives.

Excellent service and responsive lawyers

Average service with less than stellar communication along the process of first reach out to actual court date. The dude didn't even show up and sent someone else without letting me know. Very expensive you could probably get better for less from others. Also don't trust all these five star reviews. They socially engineer with an email post court date with a survey. If you say you were pleased they send you over to put a 5* review. If you have a less than stellar experience than you just get another form for your "feed back" Don't fall for their social engineering tactics like I did

Was going down to Virginia to test for my blue belt in jiu-jitsu and got nailed speeding. Fortunately I discovered Riley & Wells Attorneys-At-Law and Attorney Cody A. Remington.
