I am a Professional Truck Driver and I received a 70 in a 55 in Petersburg, VA and Riley & Wells handled the process. They were able to get it knocked down to a defective speedometer which was no points on my Commercial Drivers License nor does it go against my insurance so it my insurance rates would not be impacted. I was very pleased at the outcome and well worth the investment in order to protect my Commercial Drivers License and prevent an increase in my insurance policies. I received a reckless driving citation in Prince George County. I contacted a handful of firms, all of which never gave me a straight answer about the whole process, including fees.
