Mitch Wells went above and beyond to represent me for a traffic violation in my absence due to surgery. I was at home recovering when he contacted me by surprise to let me know that my case had been taken care of. I am very thankful to him for being there for me during that time. I retained Cody Remington to represent me in a Dinwiddie district court hearing for a Reckless Driving-Failure to control summons. I had drifted off the road, wrecked my car and another driver called the police. I was stunned to learn the extent of punishment one can receive for this charge. I have never had a ticket of any kind, I was the only one involved and no one was hurt. The charges were insane. Cody answered all of my questions in order for me to make a decision. His plan was to get the charges dropped. My first hearing was continued; apparently a substitute judge and Cody felt it would be in my best interest to continue my hearing. My second hearing was also continued. Third time's a charm, so to speak. This month, Cody was able to get my charge reduced to no points and a non-moving violation. I paid a fine and court costs. I was hoping for my case being dismissed, but this outcome is the next best thing. Cody was reassuring when we spoke and confident he could get me the best judgment possible. His paralegal, Jana, is wonderful. She also answered any questions I had, was supportive and kind. On top of that, their fee is half the price. Give them a call!
