I got a ticket for failure to signal when changing lanes in Caroline County. I was going to just pay the $31 plus fees until I started getting solicitations from criminal attorneys. I didn’t realize this is a misdemeanor reckless driving charge and a court appearance is required. I researched attorneys and found Riley and Wells. Mitchell Wells listened to the circumstances and accepted the case at a reasonable fee. Resolved the ticket with traffic school and fine with charges dropped upon completion. Staff was always attentive to questions. Definitely will use again if the need arises.

I had never gotten a speeding ticket before, especially in a state where I do not reside and ESPECIALLY not one that was for reckless driving. My first instinct was to just plead guilty and pay the fines until I realized how serious the guilty find would be. My sister and I did some googling and came across Riley & Wells and read the reviews and I decided to give them a call. OH MY GOSH I have never made a better decision in my entire life! The ticket was dropped down immensely and I'll be receiving no points on my license nor will I be getting higher insurance fees.
