The intake was very professional and impressed me a lot. The attorney I spoke with seemed extremely knowledgeable. Final outcome was not as good as I had hoped, but not unexpected either. I think their fee may be higher than some of their competitors, but I believe it was fair. You get what you pay for.

I'm a truck driver from Texas and was working in the Richmond area when a mistake from the state permit put me on the wrong route. Due to this error I 95 was shutdown for route correction. I received a citation for the states mistake. Thanks to Riley & Wells the citation was reduced to a lesser charge. As an over the road truck driver it is important to keep my drivers license free of CSI points. Being from out of state it's important to find representation that is trust worthy and professional. I definitely recommend Riley & Wells and would use them again without hesitation.

*Realized when I logged into review them again that I never posted officially from 2018* So I am writing this review post two days from my appearance in traffic court. My name is Mike and I am in the Navy on Active Duty. Was on transfer leave moving from California to Quantico, VA. I was traveling from Jacksonville, North Carolina up to New Jersey and just after crossing into Virginia I had pulled over into the left lane to pass a vehicle in front of me and while in the process of doing this, I was pulled over by a Virginia Police Officer. I was cited for reckless driving with 82mph in a 70mph zone. I was in shock and didn’t know what to do, as this was the first time for me. I went home and proceeded to google for lawyers in the area and what the consequences were for a reckless driving ticket in Virginia. I found Riley & Wells and began to read through reviews to see how they were. I don’t think I read a single bad review from past clients. They were it. Following my first phone call with their staff, I immediately felt my nerves at ease. They were professional, knowledgeable, and confident that they could help me out of the rough spot I was in. They kept in touch with me every step of the way throughout piecing their strategy together. The day of trial came and the staff was phenomenal. I arrived in Emporia, VA for court and a Mr. Cody Remington was already at the courthouse and laying the groundwork. He brought me up to speak to the judge when it was time for my case and after about 5 minutes of general questions, Mr. Remington managed to get all charges dismissed after I paid $209 in court costs and fines. If things didn’t go in my favor that day, I would have felt the repercussions of my own carelessness for years to come. Riley & Wells were worth every single penny and I would give my utmost recommendation to anyone needing legal assistance with a traffic ticket in Southern Virginia.

Easy to work with, they know the deal. Found them from their excellent reviews on google. Saved me 6 hrs of travel back to VA for a mandatory court appearance for a speeding ticket that comes with excessive fines in VA. They represented for me and got everything taken care of where the end result ended up being worth the cost of admission by the time you consider travel, gas, tolls, and the potential for another VA speed trap lol. I got a over weight citation in Richmond va and Mr. Wells represented my best interest and once we went to court it was dismissed as a result of great evidence and great representation from mr wells Thanks again Mr Wells

Out of State driver- You won’t be disappointed, just use them. They ask the right questions, give you a reasonable rate and they will get the misdemeanor charges reduced. You’ll only be left with paying court fines and probably doing a drivers education program.
