Jennifer West is the one whom I can trust blindly for immigration advice or process. She handled my green card case in 2012, neutralization in 2017, and then 2021 for my family. My husband and I used Jennifer for the I-601A provisional waiver process. We started out this process with a different lawyer, who was more expensive and much less responsive. Making the switch to Jennifer was the best decision we ever made. And she was worth every penny for sure. She took us all the way from the beginning, I-130 and all. She was super fast to prepare the I-130, and we received a fast approval. The I-601A took awhile on our end to prepare, but once we got her everything she needed, she wrote her brief and added reports, and probably did a lot more that we aren't even aware of. I actually never saw the final waiver packet, but we had a good level of trust with her. She got us an approval in 3 months with no RFE. We have no kids or health issues, so we were pretty nervous about our chances. She helped us to be positive, but realistic about our chances. She answered any and all questions we had, even off topic ones; and I am a big time worrier, so I had A LOT of questions. And she never made me feel like I was bothering her. She always responded quickly; even when she was out of the office, she would respond, even if it was just to let me know that she got my message and would answer when she got back. She was always very professional, but also very kind and friendly. Now that we have been approved, the weight that has been lifted is just so immense. We don't have the visa in hand yet, but we don't expect any surprises at this point. No exaggeration, Jennifer West has changed our lives. It is because of her that all of our hopes and dreams could soon enough become a reality. She opened the door. We will never forget that!

Jennifer handled my husband's paperwork for consular processing using the I-601a provisional waiver of admissibility. We delayed our case several times for personal reasons but Jennifer stayed in touch, kept our paperwork up to date, and let us know about policy changes that affected our case. She did so much more than most attorneys who handle hardship waivers: after asking about our life circumstances she did a lot of research to help build our case, advised me about what evidence I needed to acquire, proofread and amended over 30 letters from our friends and family, and provided personal encouragement as needed. She answers questions very thoroughly - often I've expected a yes or no, but she has gone into detail to explain why it is a yes, no, or maybe - even when the question has been unrelated to our case. I so appreciate Jennifer as a person and as an extremely competent immigration lawyer.

Jennifer did a great job helping us with getting a green card on time. We felt very confident working with her and she was very responsive to our needs and deadlines and knowledgeable in this area of expertise. Even after the work was done and we got a green card, she remained in touch and was able to remind us of couple things and answer our questions, which I thought was very kind of her.
