I had the best experience with Commonwealth Law Group and if I could give more stars, I would. Seth Carroll was my attorney for my PI case and Gianna, his paralegal was nothing but amazing. During a difficult time they kept me informed and worked in my favor. Seth even went above and beyond in my settlement and giving me extra perks. As for Gianna, she deserves a raise! LOL, I didn't here a moment of frustration with me asking questions or sending emails back and forth. Truly professional and Seth as well. My case settled in June 2018 and I still had money in escrow for medical bills for my insurance. Gianna kept me up to date on everything. Seth even called me when he was home with a sick child, now that goes above in beyond; also not forgetting when the insurance company came in with a lower number, he contacted them on my behalf and was able to get me more money. If you are in need for a great PI attorney along with his great Paralegal, Seth and Gianna are who you need to see!

I have not used clg personally but visited with a mutual client this week. I personally felt welcomed upon entering the lobby. I also commend the marketing team for the lovely items I received for stopping by and the kind faces that made sure we had a pleasant experience. My client raved about this firm repeatly after leaving. I think this staff goes above and beyond and has an higher standard of execellence.

After 23 months and payments totalling $16,119.55 i found out today that only $5632.84 has actually gone to pay down my debt. They have pocketed the other $10486.31 in fees and charges for their “program” so roughly 1/3 has gone to my debt and 2/3 to them. Does that sound like a good way to get out of debt to you??? Also, since they are doing monthly payment programs with 3 credit card companies i settled with, none of my cards are actually paid off yet at this time. They told me to stop paying my cards and let them handle it and not talk to the card companies. My interest compounded and now i owe much more than i did before i started with them and my credit score tanked exponentially. There has been almost zero communication until i finally got wise that nothing was being paid off and i started contacting them to find out what was happening. Now i am trying to get a loan from my bank to pay the remander of the debt they got offers on and my bank tells me there are no payments to any of the cards registered on my credit history. They approached me with a mailing at a most vulnerable time in my life. My income is from Social security disability for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. The person who came out to my house to have me sign, rushed me through the process and none of the fees and how payments are structured was discussed with me. I was only told that an additional $59 would be added on for the mandatory educational program. So i thought the $700.85 i was paying them would mostly be going to paying my debt down. I now plan to go to the attorney general in my state to file a complaint against this group. Beware and RUN do not walk away as fast as you can if they contact you.

Excellent Care with my Grandson's Case

My attorney and her colleagues where awesome. I couldn't quit or argue with the doctors about returning back to work but when Commonwealth Law group got on it I was treated the way I should have . I was able to rest and heal without worrying about losing my job because the attorneys was on my side not the workerscomp insurance like some of these doctors . They knew their stuff that's all I can say Thank you so much
