Courteous and hassle-free experience. I got a ticket for 86 on a 70 in Greensville VA on 95 which is a Class 1 misdemeanor i.e. criminal offense (argh!). I picked Christina Pendleton & Associates from among the many letters I received for representation. They were clear about the fee and expected outcome. They were able to get my charge reduced to 79 on 70 traffic offense (vs a criminal offense) with $200 fine. I'm happy with the outcome and their service.

I was caught going 20 over on my way from my Coast Guard station in Delaware to see my family in North Carolina. I received multiple letters from different law firms and picked Christina Pendleton simply because her letter was the most professional and yet down to earth which i found very appealing. She was able to get my charge reduced to a 9 over, the lowest possible speeding charge i could have been given. As a 19 year old guy living alone having to get used to adulthood as well as life in the military, this saved me from a world of trouble. my insurance wouldn't have been affordable and i would be eating Ramon every night, not being able to enjoy what should be the most fun part of my life. To many it is just a speeding ticket, but to me it was much more. Could not be happier with this outcome.

I had a fender bender in Chester, VA and being from NC, did not want to have to appear in court for the "following to close" ticket I received. For a very small fee, she was able to get the ticket dismissed. All I had to do was take an online driver improvement course and pay a small court cost fee. Missing a day of work would have cost more than what I paid her and keeping this from affecting my insurance will save me even more money.

Great work! I live out of state, so Ms. Pendelton's services were extremely valuable and for a very affordable! Not only were other lawyers more expensive, but Ms. Pendleton was able to have my case dismissed provided I completed the appropriate class. After everything was said and done, this will save me a boat load with insurance, and I didn't even have to leave my computer to do it all. Extremely worth it. Would recommend to anyone who needs a great lawyer for an extremely affordable fee. 11/10 stars.
