I called them a few months back to discuss a legal matter. Which they explained to me the steps I needed to take, that which lead to me to contacting them about another legal issue that they are handling well.

Phil is by far one of the WORST lawyers I talked to, communicating is waaay off and he’s one of the rudest person. The old me would’ve gave him a piece of my mind. Overall the service I received was the WORST.

GOOD FIRM SOMETIME YOU MITE HAVE TO GIVE A LITTLE PUSH BUT ALL AROUND THEY GOT THE ISSUE COMPLETELY BUT THERE IS STILL ONE REMAINING PROBLEM LEFT I HOPE THIS GETS TAKEN CARE SOON CUZ IF NOT IAM GOING TO BE TO HAPPY....

Recommended this law firm to a friend based on reviews. No one ever contacted my friend after CP&A received initial payment, despite what was discussed during the call about a follow up to gather more information before the court date. My friend had to call them a couple of days before the scheduled court appearance, which was two months after the initial conversation and payment. All the lady who represented him could say was "sorry" after the judges verdict . They should have just been honest if there was nothing they could do from the initial phone conversation rather than take someone's hard earned money and not follow through with due diligence. I will not be recommending them again.

I have never had to use a lawyer before. They promise excellent care.That was not the case for me. Poor communication Lack of concern. (Act like you're a bother) Don't listen to your concerns. I would never recommend them to anyone Very dissatisfied.

This is the worst law firm I have ever had. I hired them and I could have went to court myself and gotten better results.

You never know when you will need a law firm. I feel confident having this team represent me just by the reviews. I've told some of my friends of the accident and that I chose the Pendleton Law Team to represent me. A couple of my friends replied, "Oh!! the Heavy Hitters!" Good choice!😉

Courtney Winston is AMAZING! She was my lawyer who represented me from Christina Pendleton & Associates. I had never filed a lawsuit before and once she was assigned to my case, I felt confident that she was there to help me and help me understand the legal process.
