The best and EASY to deal with remotely

Great, professional experience! All the employees i dealt with were responsive and proficient in their duties.

As Covid has limited travel I was forced to drive across the country in which I passed through Virginia. I often drive a bit fast on long trips as most folks do. Virginia is the wrong state to speed in. I was pulled over for speeding and due to the fact it was 20 mph over the limit it is a Reckless driving offense. This carries a must appear not just a pay the fine and go, and also a chance of jail time, fines, and license suspension. OMG. I was worried my insurance rates would skyrocket. I was informed by a friend this is the standard for Virginia and how they make money there. Just to get a lawyer it would be fine. I read through the attorney advertisements and settled on Christina Pendleton & Associates. I read the many reviews and they were by far the best reviews as well as the cheapest ($125.00 or $150.00 I believe it was) after calling a couple others. I was informed that since I had no speeding offenses in the last 5 years it would be bargained down to "improper equipment" which does not affect my driving record or insurance rates. My case was continued 3x due to covid and other issues and was finally resolved for improper equipment. So I paid the $166.00 court costs and am never speeding in Virginia again! How to start... I live 1800 miles away from this law firm first of all. I was in town seeing family and got caught speeding 20 over. Was told I highly need to get represented because it would only help my cause. When I found Pendleton (along with a bunch of other law firms) I was given a very low service price of $99.00 and they would take care of everything. I also was never promised what they would do for me but they did tell me most likely the judge would drop to 2 points on my record. Long story short, THEY UNDER PROMISE AND OVER ACHIEVE which is a business model I live by. They got my charge reduced to a defective moving vehicle and 0 points on my record and I couldn’t be happier. Pendleton Law is definitely the representation you should have whether you live in state or out of state.

I was terrified when I earned my first and hopefully last ticket! I am a college student and due to the pandemic had been sent home to ride it out and Ms. Pendleton was able to represent me so that I did not have to drive up to appear in person. Thank heaven for Ms. Pendleton and her entire team because without them I would have been a mess throughout the entire process. I have no doubt that the entire team is first rate, beyond kind, and extremely thorough but I would be remiss if i did not acknowledge Ashley and Stephanie specifically because they were who I had the most contact with. They explained in detail the process, were extremely patient, and in general made the entire experience a little less painful. Thank you Ms. Pendleton, and thank you to her amazing team.
