Mr. Phalen was an excellent attorney for my product defect/product warranty suit. Other attorneys turned my case away due to the difficulties and complexity involved. Knowing nothing about the product involved, Mr. Phalen and his associates tackled my suit with an assertive attitude. He sought out the right experts and educated himself on the particulars of my case. We ultimately resolved outside of court during mediation but I felt extremely confident had we gone to court we would have prevailed.
