How to start... I live 1800 miles away from this law firm first of all. I was in town seeing family and got caught speeding 20 over. Was told I highly need to get represented because it would only help my cause. When I found Pendleton (along with a bunch of other law firms) I was given a very low service price of $99.00 and they would take care of everything. I also was never promised what they would do for me but they did tell me most likely the judge would drop to 2 points on my record. Long story short, THEY UNDER PROMISE AND OVER ACHIEVE which is a business model I live by. They got my charge reduced to a defective moving vehicle and 0 points on my record and I couldn’t be happier. Pendleton Law is definitely the representation you should have whether you live in state or out of state.

If you just got a ticket in Virginia, do not look for any other lawyers. I am a Real Estate Agent in NYC and I work with multimillion dollar development, meaning, I talk to a lot of lawyers. NOT ONE was as helpful and a simplistic as this firm right here. Simple, paid their fee (which is lower than anyone on market), got my fine reduced from possibly $2500 and points to sub $200. Trust me, anyone who says you don't need a lawyer in VA is lying, reckless driving is nothing to play with.
