I love how you get an Attorney to cover your case who has knowledge of your situation. Some things they may not know, however, they seek out all they can to assist their clients. I’ve appreciated the fact that they talk to, and help each other in all cases. I appreciate them seeking out Mental Illness knowledge in both criminal and traffic cases. They will listen and really try to help!!! The Commonwealth has rules of their own; yet Christina, her husband Daeman, and team of lawyers really hit hard!!! I wish they could hit harder when it comes to mental illness in these cases! It is real! Especially with Covid-19 cases; mental illness has increased!!!

Speeding/reckless driving in Virginia is a serious charge. Mrs. Pendleton represented me in court, where the charge was dropped and I received no points.

I was driving from DC to Florida and was pulled over in Greensville County Virginia. I received a reckless driving ticket 85/70 and was surprised to found out it was misdemeanor in VA being from FL. I was charged with Reckless Driving (83/65) in Feb. earlier this year. I contacted Christina for her and her associates to represent me, the process was quick and easy. I was able to get my charge reduced to a 74/65 even with a prior driving history, which is only an infraction and is 3 points instead of 6 on my license and not a misdemeanor. On-top of the i did not have to appear in court.
