Mr. Riley inherited my case from another well respected lawyer who had reached an impasse in resolving the case with the commonwealth. After a distressing search for yet another attorney, I had the opportunity to discuss my case with Mr. Riley. Riley & Wells and their attorney Cody Remington helped get exactly what I wanted out of my case, which was for my 100mph+ ticket to be reduced from a criminal charge to a misdemeanor. I lived out of state and did not know certain speeds warranted criminal charges in Virginia. Their staff stayed in touch with me periodically and ensured I completed tasks that would help mitigate my sentence in the eyes of the court. I appreciated that they did not suger-coat what what they could do for me but told me straight out what I was facing and what they thought could reasonably be done for me, and in the end secured a favorable result.

He was able to get my case dismissed if I went to a reckless driving program. This is not an easy option because I was charged with 92/70. His paralegal, Lisa, was so responsive whenever I had a question. They are an excellent choice and went above and beyond to help me.
