Terrible customer service. Very rude!!! As a group we have gotten together to go to a local news station because of all the contradicting information they tell us, and then when we go to our law firm they Say they’re waiting on Brown and Greer. Then brown and Greer says they have nothing to do with it, contact my lawyer. My law firm says they haven’t received any money from them. I have a sub 100 fifo. They continue to hold peoples money when they do not have liens. They’re taking advantage of every single veteran and not complying with Judge Rogers rules of updating and making sure the law firms are informing everybody. Multiple complaints will be filed with multiple agencies! ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!

If possible I would give BrownGreer PLC a zero star rating. I am a veteran in the 3M earplugs case. I have been awarded 10k minus attorney fees. My attorney has gotten their money. BrownGreer is refusing to give me the rest of my money. They say I have a medical lean from TriCare. I have confirmed with TriCare that I do not have any balance with them. They don't even have anything on file with my name. I have called BrownGreer multiple times to explain to them their is no lein but they keep saying they will investigate but can't give me a time frame. BrownGreer is purposely refusing to give me my money. I have no choice but to file a small claims suit against BrownGreer for money owed to me that they are refusing to pay. And I will request through the court a daily interest of 29% till I'm paid. Don't do business with these people, they are crooked.

Horrible service everytime I call when I do get someone on the phone they tell me a bunch of lies and I record all of the conversations and now when I call they let the phone ring until it goes to voicemail. EVERYONE NEEDS TO CONTACT THE VIRGINIA STATE BAR AND FILE COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS LAW FIRM ASAP I DID!!!

Worked with Josh to finalize a settlement payment, everything went smoothly and in a timely way. 100% satisfied !

Incompetence at the highest level

Absolutely incompetent. Several months delay in receiving a check. Horrible communication.

This has been the worst settlement claim I have ever experienced. It has been over 8 months since checks went out that bounced and they still have not sent out new checks. Completely ridiculous, this company should be shut down and put out of business. They clearly have no idea what they are doing.
