“Incompetent company. They claim to be an 'industry leader in providing settlement administration and litigation management services to law firms, corporations, and government agencies' and having 'cutting edge technologies'. They were put in charge of a settlement that Kroll originally screwed up and not only did it take them months, with no communication to the class members, but they too somehow messed up the calculations.”

Disrespectful and rude treatment of clients, especially veterans
“Terrible customer service. Very rude!!! As a group we have gotten together to go to a local news station because of all the contradicting information they tell us, and then when we go to our law firm they Say they're waiting on Brown and Greer. Then brown and Greer says they have nothing to do with it, contact my lawyer.”
