I have had Clayton as my lawyer for the past year. He was confident from the start to the end. His suggestions were great and the way he went about handling my case was perfect! Could not have asked for better lawyer. I am so thankful and ever so grateful . Worth every penny.

I hired Clayton to manage my divorce. I was extremely happy with his representation. He was able to sort out a very complicated divorce and property settlement with a VERY efficient use of my retainer monies. Frankly, I thought this divorce would be considerably more expensive. He was totally professional in every aspect of my representation. I would be willing to hire him again for legal representation and I give him the highest recommendation possible.

I have used Clayton Worthington first regarding child custody/separation and later on in a Crimal Defense matter. Not only do I keep him first in mind if in need of an attorney but I speak highly of him to anyone that's might be in need of the service he offeres. Most of what I appreciated about Clayton, was his level of pofessionalism as well as his strong people and communication skills. I truly believed I was not just a "check" to him. Initially I contact Clayton for a consultation. After spending a lengthy time with him explaining my child custody and support case, he made me feel very comfortable and took his time explaining all the questions and addressing concerns I had. From that point on I hired him because I trusted that he had the knowledge and experience to guide me through my ordeal. Clayton was not only responsive to my emails on a daily and/or weekly basis, he was punctual and attended all my court dates with me and even attended court dates on my behalf when in order to eliminate stress for me. In addition he made me very comfortable to be very transparent with him on any issues that I may have been having with my custody case and even helped me on a matter that was unrelated to my custody case. I cannot begin to thank him enough for working so diligently and hard on my custody case which ended as very positive and beneficial outcome for me, my family and most importantly my child. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone and I will continue to use Clayton as my lawyer for any future issues that may arise.

Just completed my divorce using Mr. Worthington as my council. I now feel I should have dropped him half way thru my case and gone to someone else. I am now left with a very poor settlement and have to wait at least six months before I can get another attorney and try to rewrite my settlement terms. He was very slow to respond to my ex wife's attorney and the whole thing dragged on for nearly a year and a half. All attorneys care about is racking up billable hours and taking your money.
