Been reading a lot of these reviews and I’m shock how well your experience was mine was not as great I personally wouldn’t refer anyone here guess they treat you better if it’s a bigger case

I had some general questions and like all millennials I hate talking on the phone. So I reached out to their social media pages and Josephine was so quick to respond with incredibly helpful information! I know our neighbors have also benefitted greatly from the community events and fundraisers coordinated by GMA. It’s been nice to support a business that supports the community.

Josephine Roebuck has an elevated level of attention to detail within her marketing and community outreach endeavors at Geoff McDonald & Associates. She manages many internal and public programs meant to encourage community within the staff and those they serve.

Geoffrey McDonald & Associates I was notified in writing by my companies insurance Attorney that they would not pay for workman’s comp claim that I had filed. They gave me 10 days to sign paperwork excepting this. As a “ Blue collar worker” Who had never filed work comp claim , I had no idea what my rights were and I was scared to death! I called Geoffrey McDonald and Associates. I was referred to William Sweeney “Wyck”. We spoke for all of 15 mins. And he informed me that he would review my case and get back to me. The next day he called and said he would be happy take my case. We talked for close to 45 mins he sent paperwork, I signed and He said he would handle it. I laid down that night and got my first good nights sleep in 2 years. From my very first conversation with “Wyck” I felt comfortable with him. He was very professional and Timely with all his correspondences and yet had a genuine sincerity about him. I could tell he cared what happened to me! Wyck took the time to break things down in “ laymen’s terms” so that I had a general understanding of what was going on. He didn’t get into legal terms or specifics ( unless I asked) which I didn’t need to know and would have confused me. I could tell he was working hard for me. Updates from him came weekly. I never had to call to ask what was going on. Sometimes they came in email but he never went more than 2 weeks without calling and checking up on me personally. The outcome of this case was Totally opposite of what I had Discussed with Wyck what I “ wanted” and deserved. I wanted to keep my Job, be reimbursed for my expense and my medical expenses covered. The opposing council approached Wyck about settling and ending my employment. I’m pretty sure at this point Wyck knew that I would be far better off to rethink my objectives. But He took 2 months to give me bits and pieces of information therefore allowing “ME” the time to come to the Realization that I would be better off settling. If he had he came right out and told me that I “Needed” to settle and find another job when he knew it, it wouldn’t have sat well with me!! He knew that about me because he took the time to find out “who I was”. I Dropped the Ball and made a mistake on a date which I thought had ended my chances for anything. Without going into any major details Wyck told me not to worry but I could tell I had made things very difficult for “ us” 2 weeks later “ Wyck”informed me that he had another angle that he felt like we might have a chance at keeping my case alive. He sunk his teeth in and never gave up! I am very pleased with the outcome of my case!!! Geoffrey MCDONALD & ASSOCIATES is the ONLY legal firm as far as I am concerned!!! I concluded my business with GEOFFREY MCDONALD & ASSOCIATES with a FUTURE and a number I can call if I need any legal advice.
