100% would recommend!! I contacted them 2 days after my accident and from that point on they really took care of me from that point on. Very responsive and super professional and made everything so convenient for me being in the military and my busy schedule! I would use this place again for sure! :)

Mrs. Charlsley has excellent customer service skills. Lawyer Jianna and Mrs. Charlsley continually kept us informed of the progress that was being made with our cases. My case took a while to get settled because of the opposing side and their shenanigans.
However, I appreciate the time and effort put into my case by case manager Chelsea and attorney Blair. This is my second time with this firm and I would definitely consider coming back in any other unfortunate accidents happen in the future. (Let’s cross fingers this won’t happen though)

Ok practice (at first) but once your claim falls under $10.000 your treated like small change. My settlement check was generated over a week prior to me having to call their office and ask if it was ready. After they determined my claim was worth less than anticipated, the update calls stopped.

I am not happy with the service of this company at all. I have continuously gotten the short end of the stick and run around. My case has been settled for over a month and I have to keep contacting them to see what’s going. Paper work that should’ve been signed weeks ago is just being signed. Request that should’ve been made over a month ago aren’t made. I do not recommend.
