Very friendly company but communication they lack in.i feel like they left some money on table.they take a lot of time to return emails,and phone calls. supposedly check was processed sept.27 said 5-7 days and it’s now 12th of October.i haven’t had any income since feb18th and Iam about be homeless emailed them this morning no response.

My accident happened four years ago and I still haven’t got paid. Theodore is rude and never available. Since 2020 I’ve been hearing just a few more weeks and even heard the same line 3 weeks ago. Worst law firm and I would not recommend this form to anyone! Again 4 years and still no check and I know ppl who’ve got paid in weeks from insurance companies....step it up!!!!
