Our attorney, Michael Smith, seemed disinterested and lacked the knowledge we had hoped for. He didn’t take the time to thoroughly answer our questions, and his explanations of how the case would proceed were vague and confusing. Communication was poor—our case manager, Shelly Archer, rarely provided updates, leaving us in the dark for most of the process. We never felt like a priority, and the entire experience was frustrating and drawn out. We wouldn’t recommend this law firm based on our disappointing experience.

I was hoping and praying that Mr Mcdonald and his team could help me. Unfortunately that's not the case. Fighting Workers comp isn't easy. I don't have the funds to pursue this case with another lawyer. I'd always heard that Geoff Mcdonald was for the little guy. Oh well, BE BLESSED AS YOU BLESS OTHERS! GODS GOT THIS ONE FOR ME TOO.
