Janica and Kyle are the absolute best. They are currently handing a personal injury case abs the communication is top notch! Highly recommended for any type of injury case including Workers Compensation.

Made the huge mistake of selecting this attorney for a Workers Comp case years ago. It took several years to get the case to trial. This firm was way too leaniant with the defendants! It seemed to me that there was a relationship outside of the actual case! The attorney that this firm selected for trial allowed witnesses to appear in the case that was not part the initial incident! Adding false witnesses as case dragged on. There was written evidence given to the attorney that was never presented to the commission. After seeing this early in the process, I reached out to Mr MacDonald whom I never spoke with during the whole 3 to 4 years! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THOSE LYING COMMERCIALS and THE PEOPLE IN THEM. They'll give you false hopes based on people knowing their name! Do yourself a favor and run the other way!

Don't fall for the ads all your insurance refund will be taken at this law firm i have been there and i know what i'm talking about after their charges they will still take all your money imagine $60,000 paid to them as your refund and you end up being paid 7,000 they took all the money and your phone is not being answered please don't fall for the sweet ads very bad.You will definitely be treated badly. Even you will not get someone to answer your phone cheaters.After all my suffering and lost wages they took all my money.

They are absolutely the worse I always had to call them in response to my case and when i did call they would act like i was a bother and when it came time to settle my case I got paid 0 and of course they got there money I would've been better off dealing with the insurance company myself if I could give 1/2 star theyrecieve that WASTE OF TIME

In July 2019 I injured my shoulder at work. My company immediately sent me to their doctor who examined me, but then things stalled and my company eventually denied the Workers Comp. Rich Talbot took the time to explain to me (in layman's terms without all the legal mumbo jumbo) what my options were.
