If you are seeking results and a firm that genuinely cares about your best interest, I suggest reading the rest of this review and hiring Geoff McDonald and Associates. I did not know what to do with my workers compensation problem and I was in an extremely difficult situation, but I received immediate personal phone calls from this firm on a weekend specifically, from Attorney Richard Talbot. Rich took the time to explain to me in terms that I could understand what to do, what not to do, and most importantly what their firm was going to do for me! I admit, at the time I wasn't sure if it was just a sales pitch to retain my business, but I figured since they had taken the time on a weekend to call me back several times to answer all the questions I had and the ability to explain things very clearly, then if this was the type of service I was going to receive moving forward it would be great. As we moved forward this Law Firm and team of paralegals were always available for me or my wife to answer our questions and guide us through a difficult and frustrating process with workers comp. Rich and his team always took the time to make sure my wife and I understood every step of the process legally and always broke things down into simple terms we could understand and follow. What about results? One of the most reassuring benefits of this firm (besides their excellent personal service and legal knowledge) was their confidence in explaining to us the value of my case and what amount of money would be acceptable to settle and just as important what amount was unacceptable value for the case. Please note, while nobody can guarantee you specific results, this firm was damn close from the beginning of the case to the net number we finalized on and had discussed throughout the duration of the case. A settlement was secured in a timely manner and never once did my wife and I have to be concerned with our representation, as this firm made it clear to my wife and I that they always were working for our best interest!
