My car accident was not the typical easy case. Unfortunately my attorney had a hard time understanding clear facts and was willing to compromise my identity. I tried dozens of times explaining to the firm why and not a single one of them could grasp the concept. Overall I am extremely disappointed in the firm and was not able to move forward due to their short comings. All the medical costs and punitive damages are a wash. Please shop before you hire, this personal injury lawyer is a pass.

It is all about them, I made a bad mistake signing their agreement. It feels like the twilight zone with this law firm. They changed my lawyers three times over the course of five years. Said that I have no input and that they run this the way they want to. When you hear trust me I know what I am doing from your lawyer, well your are in trouble. I had cervical fusion due to this accident. The officer wrote an at fault report for the other driver, my um carrier Allstate hired a very good lawyer with great credentials. How they could mess up this case is still crazy, The at fault driver had $50,000, which they paid the full amount. I had a one million dollar um/uim policy and the settlement was for $100,000 from both policies, of which I received $12,000. I feel lucky I did not have to pay out of pocket, and that is the only reason this firm gets the second star. And like all the other reviews, they will say contact us, we care and want to make it right. My responce is you should have cared, listened and protected me when my case was ongoing. Dont walk, run!
