After my accident I didn't know what to do. I was new to the area and never had an accident. I googled Lawyers and GMA came up so I requested to be called (at like 1am) thinking they would call the next day but these guys are on call 24 hours! Kim Raab called me! She had been sleeping and i had felt horrible but she talked with me and after I chose her to represent me. She has done great and gotten me more than I could ask for in my settlement. If I didn't understand something she broke it down for me. Great experience!

I contacted Mr. McDonald's office after my car accident. Being new to the Richmond area, I didn't know who to connect. I found Mr. McDonald through his ad online and because he had the largest number of reviews and most positive reviews, I called his office. My case was handled professionally and with care. The staff kept me informed throughout the process. I found it convient that the investigator met me during my lunch break at my office to make the process as stress free for me as possible. I would highly recommend Mr. McDonald to handle your case.
