I got a speeding ticket in Hanover and managed to miss 3 different courtdates resulting in a guilty plea. Mr Brooks somehow was able to reverse the verdict and get me in front of a judge in circuit court where the commonwealth attorney and the ticket issuing cop had it out for me. During their testimony i was sure i was going to still end up with a guilty verdict until my attorney (Noel Brooks) basically made them look like idiots and the judge dismissed the charges. If you are looking for someome who will give it their all even when it seems hopeless then look no further. Thanks again Noel for a job well done!!
