Doug got my reckless driving changed to defective equipment, a non-moving violation!!! I was going 30MPH over the speed limit! I followed everything Doug advised me to do in order to increase my chances of getting it dropped to a non-moving violation. And IT WORKED. Doug has also served my brother for a wreck less driving ticket driving through a WORK ZONE. It too was dropped to a non-moving violation!! Don't doubt Doug, just call him and let him work!!!

Class 1 Misdemeanor Charge of Reckless Driving in Northampton County was dismissed thereby avoiding a misdemeanor conviction, potential jail, license suspension by the court, all of the six Virginia points, a moving violation of any kind and significant fines. All done in my absence. Doug's pre-trialrecommendations were the key to having the case dismissed. Not only effective in court, but also a friendly person who helps put a stressful situation at ease. Absolutely fantastic outcome. Very prompt communication via phone, text, and email. Talked me through the whole process, and what was expected to happen and possibilities of good or bad outcomes. Extremely professional and thorough. Ticket was reduced to a non-moving violation with no points, or traffic school. One of the few lawyers that did not solicit work which was a nice bonus . I had my brakes go out on the interstate back in November and luckily no injuries or serious damages came of it but I was still charged with reckless driving. Highly recommend working with Doug! He got my RD charge dropped from a first-class misdemeanor to a speeding ticket in a notoriously difficult area of Virginia.
