Mr. Kennedy is the BEST lawyer ever! He listens and will do everything he can to help you!!

Mr Kennedy did what I thought was the impossible. He turned my divorce and child custody case nightmare in to a happy ending. For this I thank him always. I truly have to say hes the best I've seen out there. It was a crazy road but when you have him by your side it's almost like a friendship he's trustworthy, patient and knows his laws thanks Mr Kennedy.

Mr Kennedy did an amazing job for my family. Without going into too much detail. I had been fighting for my 10 yr old son since 2010. Last year I hired Mr Kennedy with dreams of just getting visitation because I thought custody was too far fetched. Long story short I walked out of court Jan 2017 with not only custody but full custody of my son. I hope to never need him again but if I do I know I have him in my corner and trust him to the fullest. I also am on a very fixed income and he worked with me and still is. I consider this man not just my lawyer but my family life saver. He reunited my son and I when I was running out of hope.

I moved to Florida several years ago and needed a lawyer in Virginia to help try to terminate a "pay for life" alimony case. Stephen had a great PI who worked the case for a year to get the needed evidence. Throughout the year Stephen keep me updated by email and phone. After many years of paying $$$ alimony with no end in sight Stephen with the evidence collected was able too negotiation a nice settlement and termination of alimony!! I was able too do all of this without ever meeting Stephen or having to travel back to Virginia.

I have retained Mr. Kennedy twice now and both times I walked out of Bedford County courthouse with my daughter and son from two previous relationships. He is an amazing attorney. Both times in court with different mothers he was able to prove that beyond a reasonable doubt they were unfit parents. Both of my children are now safe and in my care full time. Mr. Kennedy was very professional, kind, and courteous.

I retained Stephen for my divorce when my wife left. He is very smart and easy to understand. He is pleasant at all times and knows the laws. He helped me get "primary physical custody" of our 2 children and she was ordered to pay child support. He also helped to get my kids back when their mother filed a protective order against me for alleged "family abuse", and took the kids for 2 weeks. I could have no contact. Stephen represented me and was able to help prove the allegations to be false and I got the kids back. I would highly recommend Stephen!

I came to Mr. Kennedy after he was suggested to me through ARAG which is a benefit offered to me through my employer. I was a year and six months into my separation and had had two lawyers that had done nothing for me to help my case. There was identity theft, defamation of character and loss of property among other things involved. Mr. Kennedy was knowledgeable, warm and understanding. There was a lot to catch up on and then more to proceed with. He worked diligently to get a fair outcome without a lot of dispute and after another year my divorce is final and I actually got to have some part of my life restored. I could not be where I am at this point without having hired him as my counsel. I will forever be grateful and advise anyone to consult with him to see what he may be able to do to assist with their case.
