I was I charged with theft in Roanoke. I explained my charged to Mrs. Federico she listen and told me up front what my story sounded like and believed me. I did not steal anything, but she told me it was going to be very hard or to even get this dismissed. We went to court did the whole process. In the end she got the case dismissed. I admit I have do many things in my life and have never took anything from anyone before in my life. When I hired Mrs. Derrico I had been clean from drugs for 18 months. When I was using for 2yrs of my life I never took anything from anyone. Mrs. Derrico was upfront and honest with me and even put up with high strung fear of this charge. She believed me and I placed my faith in her. Believe if want to complaint about the cost of a lawyer then go with court a appointed lawyer and take your chances. Hiring a good lawyer is worth your future. To Mrs. Derrico is that lawyer. She was wonderful and did not play games. She was stright forward and did not tell me something to give me false hope.
