I was probably the worst client ever. From day one Paul tried to do everything to ensure the best outcome for me, however I continued to miss Drs appointments and just wasn’t doing what I needed to on my end. We actually lost contact for over a year. He went to my old residence to try and find me, then finally got me on email. He never gave up and because of him I actually came out great in a case that I gave up on. There’s no way I would ever consider getting another lawyer if needed in the future. Do yourself a favor and contact Paul, if you have a case he will find a way!!

Paul and his whole staff were great to work with. We met and we started working on my case. He told me all the things that I needed to do to get my case started. Paul Thomson and his staff are without a doubt the most dedicated and efficient people to handle anyone's Personal Injury claims. Almost two years ago, I lost my youngest son due to negligence in one of our local stores. The credit for finding the Thomson Law Firm actually goes to him, as he started the claim process shortly after his accident. Before he could satisfy the case, my son lost his life as a result of complications brought on by his fall. Beyond my wildest expectations! Mr. Thomson and his staff have changed my opinion of lawyers. I have had negative experiences with lawyers in the past: Not returning calls, never available, unrealistic promises, arrogant attitudes, etc. This certainly was NOT the case here. I was hit by an irresponsible driver and my truck, an older truck that I inherited from my late father, was totaled. Though cited as being responsible for the wreck, the other driver provided a false story to his insurance company. The insurance company, even after obtaining the facts, witness statements, police reports, etc was indifferent to my situation. I was paid a pittance for the truck, and I had to undergo back surgery. I am from North Carolina's coast, so shopping for a lawyer in the Blue Ridge Mtns wasn't easy and luckily a called a lawyer that,in turn, recommended Paul Thomson. I spoke with Mr. Thomson on the phone and then later in person.
