Excellent lawyers, we'll worth the money

I had an amazing experience working Daniel Frankl. He was very optimistic, caring, and worked extremely hard. He also spoke professionally and was well acquainted with the officers and lawyers in the area. I was very well taken care of.

I sought Mr. Frankl's (Dan's) help after my daughter received an extreme speeding ticket near her college in Christiansburg. He was the ultimate professional, kind, and extremely competent. He promised us a positive outcome despite the bleak situation, which is exactly what happened. Contacted Daniel Frankl about a Virginia speeding ticket. He responded quickly, and with a phone conversation he explained options to undertake to get the ticket reduced to a non-moving violation. He was very thorough and pleasant. Ultimately, the ticket was reduced to a non-moving violation (no points or insurance penalty). I highly recommend Dan Frankl for his professionalism in handling these types of legal matters.

I was traveling from Maine to Virginia in July of 2023 to visit our daughter, we were involved in a minor collision in Virginia. and was issued a citation for following at an unsafe distance. I won't go into all the details other than I believed the citation was not warranted given the facts. I contacted two other attorneys in Virginia and they both said that I should surrender my CDL license and take an 8 hour driver safety course and they believed the judge would accept this deal. Even though I wasn't driving a vehicle that required a CDL at the time of the incident, this was their advice. I was so relieved when I contacted Daniel Frankl. I could tell immediately he was going to represent me far better than the two previous contacts. Mr. Frankl was very responsive and gave me great advice. I followed his instructions to the letter and the case was dismissed! Had I taken the advice of the other attorneys, I would no longer be a CDL licensed driver, I would have a blemish on my driving record and I would have paid for an 8 hour driver safety course. After contacting my Attorney (and friend), Michael Deneka about a speeding ticket I received; Michael did not hesitate to recommend Mr. Daniel Frankl. I did not think I deserved the speeding ticket as I only increased my speed to allow a vehicle coming down a ramp to merge beside me (traffic was very heavy). The trucker in the left lane saw my left signal (and apparently saw the vehicles coming down the ramp). He flashed his lights (letting me know that I could get in front of his truck). I had to speed up to make a safe move in front of the truck. The Trooper pulled me over for speeding (radar on the ramp) and I explained to him what had just happened. The Trooper said I should have just slowed down to let the vehicle on the ramp merge. I asked the Trooper if he saw the vehicle on my rear bumper, and he said he did not. Had I slowed down, the vehicle behind me most likely would have hit me causing a potentially large wreck with several vehicles. Mr. Frankl agreed to take my case and explained to the Court what happened. The judge took my charge under advisement for 90 days and, as long as I do not have any additional traffic violations during the 90 days, the Court has agreed to dismiss the charge against me. I will have to pay Court cost, however, that is better than having a speeding ticket on my record and potentially increasing my insurance costs. I could not have had this outcome on my own. Mr. Frankl took care of me and I am very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Mr. Frankl to anyone going to traffic court. And, Michael, thanks for referring me to Mr. Frankl.
