They never returned my friends phone call. She has contacted them twice but no one will call her back.

I was involved in a hit and run that resulted in my hand being broken in March. I went to this attorney in May. I had just finished treatment (had my cast taken off) and didn’t need to go back to the doctors unless I was in pain. The accident happened in NC but I live in VA and they knew this from the very beginning. Sabrina, the paralegal assigned to my case, was communicating with me like she should ! A few weeks had gone by and I hadn’t heard anything so I emailed her and the email was kicked back. I called and was told that she was no longer with them and a new paralegal had not been assigned to my case. So weeks had gone by and no one did anything with my case nor communicated with me. Then Samira called to go over next steps which were to fill out the work wages form. I asked her to fax them so my manager could fill them out. She never did. I called and asked them to be emailed and then my manager emailed the forms back to her and asked her to confirm she received the email. Again, she never did. I called 3 days in a row to see if she received them, she never called back. Someone else from the office confirmed they received the email and I still hadn’t heard from her to see if she needed anything else from me. When I finally did talk to her, she said they were requesting my medical records (which Sabrina had already gone over one bill with me because they had already been requested) and that it would take 60 days to get the bills. She said I never told them that I was done with treatment which is a complete lie because I was done with treatment before my first meeting with them. Then Rick calls and said this case is better suited for a NC attorney because they can put a demand package together better. They knew this happened in another state before even taking the case and said they worked with attorneys in NC so it was fine but over a month later, I now need another attorney. So they took my case, requested all my bills, had my manager fill out lost wages forms for work, and then a month later told me to find a attorney in NC. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Don’t even bother with these people !
