If you believe you’re disabled, call this law office NOW. Every time you call you’ll get a live, informed person. I wasn’t sure if I had a case, but after providing information to an assistant, I spoke with Mr. Bary. He was kind, compassionate and explained the process. Personal experience led him to helping people with disabilities. His office stayed on top of everything, submitting all paperwork and responding to requests from social security in a timely manner. Everyone I had an interaction with was friendly, patient and always there to answer questions. Being unemployed because of disability is very upsetting. Knowing I had Mr. Bary and his staff looking out for me let me put the worry aside, because I truly believed I was in good hands. The process takes time, and you have to provide information to the office so they can submit it, but they’re always available to help you. My benefits were approved, and I’m so thankful I found them.

This firm is simply the BEST!!!!!! I spoke with at least 3 different very nice ladies, their names escapes me at the moment, as im writing this review months later, but they took excellent notes when talked to a different receptionist they were well versed with my case. The whole process was seamless. I spoke with Mr Bary just 2 times. Once about a month out from my hearing, then the day before. During the telephone hearing he was on top of everthing that was going during the hearing. I was a little worried at first, but with his expert knowledge about my case it quickly turn to my favor, and He argued my case to a VICTORY!!!!!! THANK YOU MR BARY and thanks to your excellent staff.. If you are on the fence about who to hire as your S.S. attorney, i promise you they will fight tooth and nail for you. I had another attorney in which i will not name (PRIEMIER) sorry i coulnt help myself. They were my first attorney, when i tell you they were AWFUL it is an understatement. So glad i found Mr Bary. So in closing if you give these guys a try you wont be dissappointed. They are simply the BEST!!!!!!

Mr.Bary is awesome very professional and will do everything he can to win your case highly recommend.

Mr. Bary and everyone else I worked with on my disability case are very responsive, polite and organized. I would’ve been overwhelmed, without their guidance and reminders.

Everyone was very friendly, they always got right back to me. I never felt like a bother and they never made me feel that I was asking dumb questions. I highly recommend them, you wont regret it.

Terrible place definitely not free until win over $700 worth paper work then they give up after case has been remanded once please take your business somewhere else

I cannot say enough good things about Joyce and Barry Law! I worked closely with David Bary and his supporting staff. They were thorough and kind! This was my second time applying for disability. I had gone through the process before with a different lawyer and got denied at every turn including my hearing. This time, with Joyce and Barry, I got approved at the hearing level. It was a fully favorable decision! David Bary and his team took the time to make sure they had all my records and paperwork in order. I had to do very little myself, which was wonderful bc I suffer from Anxiety and Depression. They made me feel like an important client, and not just like a number. They were sympathetic to my situation and were there to answer any of my questions. Do not hesitate to choose them to represent you! No matter what the outcome, they will work for you like you are their only client!
