I would highly recommend using Mr.Bary and his firm for your SDDI application process! From start to end they helped me with each step of the process! They kept me very informed of everything that was going on. They made sure Social Security had everything they needed for my application! If I had any questions Mr.Bary or a firm member promptly returned my phone calls ! I was approved on first application! A very caring firm!

The decision to contact Joyce & Bary Law, was the single most important action I took when I became medically unable to work. The entire staff is compassionate, caring and attentive. The process is long and frustrating, but I never felt like I couldn't get an answer to a question at any time. and Most Importantly, I respect the moral compass that directs the firm. In my particular case we decided not to challenge for the back pay. This was a much better outcome for me than it was for Joyce and Bary.
