She is a very good attorney i would highly recommend. She is very knowledgeable, and has great deal of respect in Franklin county courthouse.

I contacted Melissa for a quote in regards to my will. She was extremely arrogant in answering my questions and rushed the phone call. I decided to go with another lawyer in Rocky Mount who took care of my needs. Overall I would not recommend this lawyer.

I have had Mrs. Keen for three going on 4 times. She is one of the nicest people you will meet. Until she is taking up for you or she feels like you are not doing her right. Lol then she is very blunt...to the point...and definitely doesnt take sh** off of anyone lol. Soo smart and knows her stuff. Im saying Great all around person/lawyer. I would recommend this amazing lawyer to anyone and in my eyes shes the only lawyer in town....no one but her. Other lawyers...there isnt any. Thank you so much Melissa, Justin

everytime I called and she was out of office she would always respond as soon as possible to my call,she does her homework well and keeps your head held high.she will go over your whole case with you and find out every little detail of what happened!
