Lindsey Coley reviewed our wills and trusts with no changes recommended. She provided us with needed medical and general powers of attorney with patience and grace. I’m sure our executed will depend on Lindsey’s guidance when the time comes. She is a star supported by a superb staff!

Not only is Lindsey professional and very personable, her entire staff is as well. Lindsey was patient in explaining all of the workings of the documents and so very patient in going over some items more than once to ensure that I understood them. From the drafts to the final documents delivery was always prior to schedule.

We are in our 60's and have a blended family; all are adults with spouses...PLUS we have a business. It's time to retire and wanted to get all settled; our investment banker highly recommended Lindsey Coley. We let Lindsey know we knew nothing and weren't going to pretend as if we did. She took us by the hand and guided us through the process. NEVER did she "talk down to us". She answered all questions, especially the one's we prefaced with "this might be a stupid question but"! In a timely manner she had all done and we are at ease knowing our family is taken care of once we pass. THREE things to add: her staff is professional and personable. The location of her office is right on a SML cove; take time to have a meal in local restaurant after you've met with Lindsey. And lastly, take a few of the ink pens she offers, excellent writing instruments!

Lindsey clarified the difference between a will and trust for us. On her advice we transferred our assets to a trust. She was very thorough and concise on all the paperwork involved. She completed all the necessary forms in a timely manner. We have already referred our friends to her. We are very thankful that she was referred to us by our financial advisor.

Our lawyer did a great job listening to our needs, desires, conditions, and questions. She did a great job answering our questions, explaining what applicable laws meant, clarifying what we not sure about, and balancing being professional and personal. She was prompt, helpful, and responsive. So were her staff. Lindsey is a great lawyer and a great person!

Estate Planning was something we kept putting off. Knowing that it had to be done we contacted Lindsey and started the ball rolling. Lindsey made the process very easy. She talked to us in layman's terms so we were able to understand the legal process of Estate Planning and the various options we had in setting up our Trust.
