I hired Andrew Flusche based on his reviews so I figured I should leave one as well. I received two tickets - one for reckless driving (for exactly 20 miles over) and one for an expired inspection. I called Andrew’s office and the staff was responsive and helpful. They scheduled an appointment to have him call me that very day. He told me he would do his best to get the reckless atleast dropped to a speeding. I have had speeding tickets before which doesn’t help. He told me to get my inspection fixed and to take a defensive driving course, which I did. The day of court (today), he got my expired inspection ticket dropped and got my reckless driving dropped to a non-moving violation that carries no points. I did pay a fine (that was actually less than most speeding tickets I have had in the past) plus court fines. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. I hope to never need Andrew again but would definitely use him again if needed and will recommend him to anyone in a similar situation. If you’re reading this to decide whether to hire him, definitely do it!

I received a wreckless driving ticket in fredericksburg. I knew that the charge was not to be taken lightly, and as a mechanic, I couldn’t afford to lose my license. I was cited for 80 mph in a 55, which is considered Reckless Driving. Andrew got the charge reduced to a minor infraction with a $50 fine and court costs. He and his staff were always prompt and professional. I am very pleased with the result!

Out of a little over 1800$ for absolutely nothing 5 stars seem like paid reviews especially considering my personal experience hired this law firm just to get a deal no worse then the free commonwealth lawyer would’ve gotten I couldn’t come to Virginia to court due to family issues so I basically got screwed by the court and lawyer with a horrible deal pleas guilty to reckless and paid a 1000$ fine did the driving course no bad driving record just horrible representation please consider looking elsewhere
