While I was not able to use this law firm as they did not serve the Sussex County area, Dawn and Shelly were super helpful and were able to refer me to a trusted colleague. Dawn and Shelly followed up with me continuously and ensured that I was being helped. I truly appreciate all their efforts and everything they did for me. I couldn't be more grateful. I got my ticket lowered to a simple speeding ticket all thanks to the firm they referred me to.

I hired Andrew after receiving a reckless driving ticket after being involved in an accident. From the beginning, he was very friendly and easy to talk with. I spoke with Dawn on a Friday, and Andrew called me the next day to talk about my case. This, in itself, was very impressive, since it was a Saturday. He was straight forward about his services and provided me the flat fee price, if I wanted to hire him. I did not feel pressured one bit to hire him after our consultation. He communicated with me throughout the whole case and answered my multiple questions during the time between when I hired him and my court date. The morning of my court date, he met me before to discuss the case. He informed me of what his goal was, and how to proceed. He spoke with the state trooper prior to the case, who agreed to reduce my reckless charge to improper driving. Andrew presented this to the judge, who agreed. On a positive note as well, Andrew did all the talking to the judge and I did not have to speak. Andrew did an excellent job defending me, and I would absolutely recommend him again!!!

I hired Andrew for my case 10 days before court date. Before I hired him, he gave me free consultation and told me what's recommended. After I hired him, he walked me step by step to get the best results. In court, when I first met him in person, he asked about me and what I do. When we were in front of the judge, he used my documents that we had prepared and told the judge about me a little bit. My ticked was for reckless driving, 93/70 mph. The judge dismissed my ticket and it was all because of Andrew. His prices are reasonable for the service he provides and he makes everything easy. Highly recommended!

Andrew is extremely professional and knows what he’s doing. I was very nervous but he handled it like a boss. While the State of Virginia has yet to grapple with the issue of hundreds of vehicles going up and down I-95 below the speed limit in the fast lane, the State Police are certainly aggressive in pursuing drivers having to take evasive action shifting all the way to the right lane at high rates of speed to avoid collisions and danger from slow vehicles and 18 wheelers who refuse to drive on the right side. Spotsy is no exception to this and when ticketed by the trooper, Andrew Flusche took my case and aggressively sought justice. I ended up without a moving violation and only had to pay a small fine. Andrew and his entire team are proactive and very helpful guiding the client through the process and taking it to court. I only wish that he had more clients who have been ticketed for causing danger on I-95 for driving below the speed limit in the left passing lane -- to include 18 wheelers.
