I had a reckless driving ticket plus fine for burned out stop light. I merely went 15 m/hr over speed limit because it is too easy to do on I95 and was not recklessly dodging from one lane to another. Andrew managed to get both completely thrown out leaving me only with court costs. I highly recommend Andrew. In fact, a friend who also got caught up in the VA infamous speed trap also highly recommended Andrew to me after I had selected him myself because Andrew was very straight forward and honest by stating that it was unlikely that I would end up going to jail like some of the dishonest attorneys were hinting at as a means of a scare tactic.

He is highly connected and respected in his line of work, and does his best to make sure that things work out in the best decision. Without Andrew assistance in my case I would had have to serve a minimum of ten days in custody (which I can't afford to do so with my everyday work schedule and my family that requires my direct focus). When all is said and done, I ending up being detained for less than 24 hours. And was able to make it to work the next day for my mid-shift.

Five stars definitely warranted. I became aware of Mr. Flusche when a fellow rider of mine received a speeding ticket on his motorcycle here in Fredericksburg. I was immediately impressed with his website as well as his youtube videos explaining certain traffic violations and how to address them. I told myself that if I ever received a ticket that I would definitely hire Mr. Flusche to take care of it. Fast forward 2 months and I find myself on the receiving end of a reckless driving ticket. Due to my previous research, I knew immediately who I was going to hire to take care of it. As the court date approached I hired Mr. Flusche and left everything in his hands. He was honest about the potential outcomes and did not make any specific promises. However, based on the many positive reviews, I was not really concerned about the outcome because I knew that he would do his best. In any event, I get a call from Mr. Flusche on my court date indicating that the reckless had been dismissed; all I had to do was complete a driving course and pay court fees. I could not have asked for a better outcome. The service Mr. Flusche provided was well worth the fee he charged. With a possible loss of security clearance, increase in insurance and points on my license, things could have gotten very ugly and very expensive. Thanks Mr. Flusche. I hope we never have to do business again but if I find myself in a jam once more I will definitely be calling on you again.

Andrew Flusche, what shall I say... this was an absolute phantastic job. Andrew managed to get my reckless driving of 83/55 reduced to 64/55 and a very low charge for that. I only have to make the online driving improvement class and all will be good. Andrew's communication and quick actions have made my life so much easier and I could not have asked for more.
