Choosing Andrew to represent me was the best decision I made. Being new to Virginia, he thoroughly explained the process and took care of everything via phone. He followed up with emails and phone calls before and after the court date and made me feel reassured about the end results. I would recommend him to everyone!

It is human nature to find it easy to complain but very tough to compliment one. So I am going to try my best to beat my inabilities and describe my experience with Mr. Andrew Flusche and his legal Team. I am a very simple man with humble backgrounds who is fighting with Life everyday to earn his daily bread. With that comes the vulnerability to succumb to the perplexities when Life finally decides to happen. Recently, I found myself in a very sticky situation (as I am certain that many of you are increasingly finding yourselves to be in this economy) having lost my job and trying to move between states looking for one. In that sense of total loss, I did not realize that my thoughts had taken over my driving skills and I ended up with a reckless driving ticket. Adding to my miseries, I felt that my situation could not have been any worse. I should have been in control but consciously or sub-consciously, I wasn't and that in the eyes of law is a criminal act. Long story short, I had to do tremendous amount of research in to criminal justice attorneys because the legal system is not something that I am used to dealing with or wish to deal with but anyhow, considering the very nature of the business, I had to make sure I can hire someone I can trust and not someone who is making me promises from the get go to earn the big bucks. No one can read a Judge's mind unless you are that Judge so why make promises? The reason why Andrew struck out like a soar thumb in the beginning is because amidst my rattling state of confusion and chaos, he was telling me words that I did not want to hear. I was not ready for the TRUTH. I wanted someone to use sweet lies to comfort me but as my nerves calmed down, I realized that he is in fact a true and GENUINE guy. He deserves 5-stars because he simply breaks it down for you the way it is without making a single promise! Since every case is different, he takes the time to do a thorough background check and studies your case point by point. Him and his Team walk you through each of his findings laying out possible scenarios through the Judge's eyes and putting them in perspective. And finally, what could be the end result and what he will try to accomplish to the best of his abilities. And during all of these efforts, he is only a phone call away!! He has gotten my case dismissed on Dec 9th, 2013. Knowing the law is not enough. Knowing the application of law is what differentiates you as a true Master of the very complex legal system!! I have come to strongly believe in Mr.Flusche's abilities as an Attorney. He has my highest recommendations and I wish him nothing but the very best through his future endeavors. After sorting through the flood of advertising I received after the recent summons I was given while driving through Virginia, I decided to read Andrew's book. It calmed my fears a bit and so I decided to call him. Andrew, and his staff, were responsive, sympathetic and optimistic (while being careful not to promise a particular result). He advised me of the best approach, I followed it and the charge was dismissed. I will recommend him to anyone I know that ends up in a similar position.

While on a well- deserved vacation, my wife and I were traveling through Virginia heading north to see family living in NJ. At our first gas stop looping off I95, I received a speeding ticket for 51 in a 35. During this traffic stop, I learned that it matters little what I think, the questions I have about the ticket or whether I am innocent or not. The state trooper didn’t even want to tell me where the court house was; “Oh, it’s a couple miles down the road.” All he was interested in was getting back out and issuing more tickets, and before I had finished filling up my gas, he had another one stopped right in front of the gas station. My wife and I both said this was not right, and I would have to fight this. Since I live out of state, locating a local attorney isn’t as simple as I thought it would be. My 1st attempt landed me with a $1,000 attorney who sounded good, but that was a bit high for me, and they could promise me nothing. I’m not sure why I chose to call Andrew, but after speaking to him, I determined he had a good demeanor. He seemed to be a good people person, so I decided that he was the one I wanted to represent me. This turned out to be a good choice. It was a really good choice because on the court date, Andrew called and said the charges were dismissed. I wasn’t guilty and having Andrew on my side was the smartest thing I could have done. I am an attorney in Philadelphia, and I received a reckless driving ticket while traveling in Virginia. Due to my work schedule, I could not afford to take time off of work to defend myself so far away from home. I received a number of pamphlets from various attorneys in the area. i live new york and unfortunately i got a ticket in virginia i was doing 95 mhp on 70 mhp zone and i was facing with jail time charges and suspension and fine up to 2500$ i called several lawyer most of them asked me around 1500$ to 2500$ to take care of my case but thanks god to Andrew Flusche only charges 600$ and it is nothing compare to other attorneys and as a result of my case i got away from jail time and a suspension i only ened up paying 400$ for the ticket and 91$ court fee. HERE IS THE BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ANDREW AND OTHERS ATTORNEYS ANDREW IS VERY HONEST PERSON, because other what attorneys told me on the phone were ow you might go to jail and bla bla just to scare me so i can spend 1500$ or 2000$ their silly fees ALL I CAN SAY JUST TRUST ANDREW AND YOU WILL NEVER BE REGRET FOR WORKING WITH HIM THANKS ANDREW........

Mr. Flusche was one of several lawyers I interviewed to represent me when I was charged with reckless driving in VA.
