The best local attorney..! Mr. Neely is your best option for legal representation. He is assertive and not afraid to be aggressive but calm and very professional when arguing about your case with the Honorable Judge or the Commonwealth Attorney.! Great attitude and always personally available on the cellphone or text and ready to work.! He advised me of the worse outcome and the best one as well. We pleaded “straight up” to the honorable judge. He perfectly pleaded my case to the judge and argued the CA’s outdated comments and arguments about my old charges and Mr. Neely was able to reduce my felony gun charge to a misdemeanor and a weekend in the resort. It was a complicated case with similar old charges in California. In this instance the good outcome was to our favor and I’m very please with Mr. Neely’s outstanding arguments and recommend him personally as a local business owner that I am.!
