Ryan Fitzgerald who is a partner with Andrew Flusche was great to work with! I was really worried about my outcome for a pretty bad reckless speeding ticket but by following Mr. Fitzgeralds advice and completing all actions recommended to me he was able to get my ticket reduced to a non-moving violation. All staff were amazing throughout the whole process with getting all paperwork together and staying in communication with me. Overall I was very happy with working with Mr. Fitzgerald and everyone else involved and I will be sure to continue to recommend them if I ever know of someone in a similar situation.

Really took charge in the courtroom and got a favorable decision

Andrew and his staff have for sure exceeded my expectations. I was able to get my reckless driving ticket dropped from doing 31 mph over the speed limit, down to 10 mph over (regular speeding ticket) with a $60 fine and $69 in court fees ($129 total). This has saved my self and others that had clearances and CDL's on the line. He knows the law, knows the courtroom system and will be straight and honest with you. Thank you so much and I do recommend him and his staff to anyone that needs a lawyer.

Mr Ryan Fitzgerald helped me out with my case. I was involved in a traffic accident on I64 due to inclement weather and charged with "RD - Failure to Maintain Control" in Louisa County. The charge was dropped to a "Improper driving" with minimum fines and court costs. Mr Ryan and his team were very quick to respond to any queries and concerns I had and made me feel at ease. Mr Ryan spoke to the state trooper on the court date prior to the case being presented in front of the judge, which helped ease major concerns.
