Reckless driving ticket, and I was worried. They talked me through the entire process and not just got it reduced but dismissed. Better than I ever imagined.

This lawyer is the best calm collective lawyer i ever met. He told me the truth about my case,i told him i have a job if i go to jail for a dui my life is ruin, i was looking at 30 days, because i blew a high Bac. He told me that i was facing,but with his work and experience they wave the 30days and the judge took my license and told me to connect with a program, so i can traveled from home to work. Mr Fitzgerald did a fantastic job with me. He recommended I did volunteering and a driving course. I was clocked at 63 in a 35 which is reckless and thought my life had changed but when I called. I was told “we” could beat this. Hearing that made me feel better. After doing his recommended steps. The day of court came and he met with me and said he feels great about my odds of getting a desirable outcome. Inside the courtroom I saw him talk to my officer who wrote the infraction and then after when my name was called by the judge: he spoke for me and said he talked to the officer and they agreed that a 1-9 would be a sufficient penalty for my reckless which was 28 over mind you. I am very happy with my reduced charged and recommend him to anyone who gets a reckless. He got me the best speeding ticket anyone could get when I went 28 over! Come on! That’s amazing.

After reading a ton of reviews and talking to a few lawyers, very last minute I made decision to hire Ryan Fitzgerald, Partner Flusche & Fitzgerald, Attorneys at Law traffic, DWI, and criminal defense to represent me in a reckless driving case. He was very professional ,communicative, listened well, and worked hard to represent me in the best possible way on my court date without my presence.So he was able to get my case down to a simple speeding case, 87mph in a 65 zone (so no criminal misdemeanors).
