Andrew is an amazing lawyer. I got him to represent me in court for a reckless driving ticket. And he managed to get it dismissed, off my record, with no insurance increases. He suggested all the right things to do to help my case, and is very knowledgable about Stafford county and their judges. I would recommend him to anyone who may be facing any charges that could harm their record.

His fee was much lower than I would have expected, and he treated my son and me with great respect and kindness, unlike many attorneys I have worked with in the past. Great attorney! VA trooper had said I was going 96/70. I'm from PA I was charged with reckless driving I contacted Mr. Flusche right away. I took the VA safety driver course luckily I was able to take it online saved me a lot of hassle. I did community service for a non-profit in my state also saved me hassle, met good people & made new friends in the process. Unfortunately at my speed I did have to show up to court in Caroline County but luckily I was polite to the officer because I had an officer & judge who was willing to work something out & my charge was reduced to speeding. I had a clean driving record & background. Definitely did not want a misdemeanor on my record. I'm very greatful!

I was recently pulled over for reckless driving for going 77 in a 55 in Virginia while returning back home to Maryland. I was given a ticket at the scene of a non-injury accident that would have put 4 points on my license and possibly open me up to a civil suit from the other driver...who had decided to claim a head injury after returning home from the accident and speaking to her husband. I didn't agree with the ticket and chose to go to court. I hired Andrew and he was great. Very personable. Not pretentious. Was able to get the case dismissed like I never received the ticket.

Andrew helped me, I had a 90 in a 65, and he was able to talk to the trooper and before we even got into the court room there was an agreement to bring it down to simple speeding, 79 mph. Andrew showed up right at the half hour before court began, we were in, our case was later in the docket, but I was up to the stand and out so fast I barely remember it. Andrew won't use scare tactics, unlike some people who spend their careers around people charged with reckless driving.
