For the first time since I was teenager I found the need for a traffic attorney. I meet literally thousands of people each year and was very impressed with Andrew Flusche. From the beginning to the end he explained the processes, made recommendations, and made sure I was doing what was necessary to ensure the best outcome possible. He was professional, polite, intelligent, and punctual. I would have happily paid twice what he charged if my outcome remained the same. He really is an expert in his field and I don't regret a penny spent. He's a good guy who will do everything in his power to help you-I only hope next time I will meet him in the grocery store instead of court...

Mr.Flusche was very helpful. To be honest, I am not entirely sure what price is considered expensive or reasonable for his services, but my situation could not have gone any smoother.

Going to court for a reckless driving ticket can be very stressfull for anyone that has a brain, and understanding that this type of charge can land you in the slammer for up to a year. I personnelly enjoy my freedom, and if you have every had the experience of having to serve time ( as I have ) for any length, then you will understand why I am so glad I took the time to console with Mr Flusche before going to court. I researched the net, and was also told from other Attorneys that Andrew Flusche was the guy to talk too and hire. Glad I did. Just the free interview with him took my stress level from a 10 down about to a 3. Thought I never even have a chance of a plea bargain, or a total dismissal of my reckless charge. During our interview he informed me of several different factors that I never knew could be used in my defence. Really set my mine at ease, and hired him on the spot. He made me a promise that if hired, he would research my case, and depending on the facts given, do his best to get it totally dismissed, or at least reduced to lower infraction, resulting in no jail time and lesser points, that can effect your insurance for years, and he did. Also keep in contact with me up untill the court date, reasurring me not to stress, thats why I hired him. I was very impressed with his service and professionalizm. Hope I never have the need for his service for this type of era of my part again, but you can beat if needed he will be the one I call and recomend to everyone I know.

I hired Andrew to help me with my case. His fees were very reasonable and he provided excellent customer service. He was able to arrange enough time for me to work on a case in Maryland and even worked with the MD lawyer. At the end of the day his rock solid advice got my charges reduce to a non prosecute. I was very happy with my outcome and would recommend him to anyone who needed a lawyer in the Fredericksburg area.

I was clocked allegedly doing 95 in a 65 mph zone and givien a reckless driving ticket in Spotsylvania county. I am a resident of Maryland so I am not very familiar with the Virginia laws on speeding. Apparently the case was more serious than I thought it was. One of the first things that stood out to me was how professional all the items sent to me by Andrew Flusche were. He even sent me things to make sure I understood the seriousness of my case. I had contacted other attorneys that seemed to be condescending in the way they spoke to me and didn't care too much about the case. Mr. Flusche made me feel like I was his first client ever. He was very responsive to everything that I needed and took no time to respond to my emails or phone calls. His staff was also very proficient and followed up with me on everything. I am happy to say that I feel that he handled my case in the best possible way he could and I would recommend him to anyone. I wish there were actually two of him so I could have him in Maryland! I recommend Andrew without any reservations. It was evident during our initial consultation over the phone, that I was dealing with a great lawyer. I think one of his biggest strengths is his mediation skills (which is quite important at court). In regards to my case, he got my traffic ticket reduced to no points with a much lesser charge. Andrew and his staff kept me informed throughout the whole process. I am grateful for all their help.

I was allegedly clocked at 87 in a 70...considered reckless driving in VA. I talked to several lawyers and found Andrew Flusche to be more responsive and took into account what I said. He isn't condescending like some of the others. My main concern was insurance and he was able to reduce my charge to a simple speeding ticket less than 10mph over. I don't trust the state police around Spotsylvania and believe they are in a revenue drive but I would recommend Mr. Flusche as your lawyer if you get caught in the net. I would definitely recommend using his services.

I never had a ticket in my life until one day I decided to speed down I95 and got pulled over for reckless driving. Since I never had this incident, I was freaking out. With the speed that I was caught, I was facing serious consequences and jail time. However, when I contacted Mr. Flusche, all my worries were set aside. His professionalism helped me throughout the process. Mr. Flusche does not overcharge his clients, unlike most lawyers. Most lawyers will threaten clients to squeeze out as much money as possible. Mr. Flusche does not do that. He is a respectable and an amazing attorney. At court, my case was concluded in less than 30 seconds. With his connections, he is worth every penny. I couldn't believe my results and the fraction of the cost I had to pay at the end. Seeing people getting charged around $350-$750, I was only charged only $80. Mr. Flusche will do whatever it takes to help his clients get the best results possible. I strongly recommend him if you are dealing with a serious traffic case in the designated locations he works in. 5/5 hands down.
